Our #1 goal is to be fast, reliable, and accurate. We strive to get orders out within 24 hours from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, and most of the time, we make that happen no problemo. However, at certain times of the year our warehouse becomes a sea of corrugated and flying elbows. We're a small family-owned business and we bust our tail curating (I love that word) the best products, so bear with us if it takes us an extra day or so to get your order out the door. And if we get a little congested, don't shoot the messenger, response to our offers remains a little unpredictable and finding extra staff on 60 seconds notice can be challenging. Thanks, very much appreciated.

Time in transit: standard shipping to the contiguous 48 states takes 1-6 business days from the date of shipment depending on distance from our facility in Pennsylvania (not including weekends or holidays). Due to the size and weight of our products, we cannot ship to APOs, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any US territory outside of the continuous 48 states at this time (not to mention your summer home in the Galapagos Islands). Very sorry for any inconvenience.

Not only because we’re positively saintly but also because we selfishly want you to come back again soon. Your 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. We want to impress you enough that you’ll be willing to scream our name from the mountaintop, like the proverbial burgermeister announcing the hero’s return as the townsfolk lay a path of rose petals to soften the golden steed’s path. Then we break out the fine mead!

A note about grains and finishes: as with most natural and unique products, there may be slight variations in grain pattern of wood and leather, as well as painted and finished items. Please keep in mind that photographs are representative, as colors and finishes shown in some cases may not be exact – actual product may be slightly darker, slightly lighter, etc.

Every product that leaves Brandshopper has been inspected and in grade A condition unless otherwise noted (such as our famous occasional scratch & dent sales). But sometimes, as they say, things happen on the way to the Coliseum. Damage in transit drives us as crazy as it drives you. Rest assured that if something bad does happen, we’ll work to resolve it in a manner that requires the least amount of effort from you possible.

Our return policy is simple: when your package arrives, open and inspect. We want it to meet and exceed your expectations. If it doesn’t, send it back within 30 days (in the original package, please, so we can ensure its safe return) and we’ll issue a full refund. Before you drop it back in the mail, give us a call, let us know the reason for the return, and we’ll issue an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Write the RMA number on the package, as this will make your refund as prompt as possible. Easy as pie.

Note that in order to receive a full refund, the item must be returned in new condition with all original packaging and accessories, including an outer shipping box. A partial refund may be issued for failure to include the original packaging. Items should be returned with a trackable shipping service, and we recommend that you insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise.
